Three days until Merideth and the girls head to the City of Lights! Checklists are being compiled and guidebooks consulted; rail tickets have arrived, and blogging skills are being refined.
Evelyn can't WAIT to eat just about ANYTHING besides escargot. We're all looking forward to crepes, croissants, and coffee!

Carolyn will have to trade her cowboy hat in for a beret! Evelyn rocks since she's willing to try any (almost) food! I did pretty well in Italy, but i couldn't try tripe. ENJOY!!
